Construction of the center began in the first half of 2011, and on July 1, 2015, the Regional Institute of Technology - RTI entered its operational phase. Almost 120 researchers are currently employed in the built laboratories, test rooms and workplaces, who have the most modern experimental, software and computing equipment at their disposal.
