Operational strength and fatigue life testing laboratory

The test laboratory has a universal electro-hydraulic loading system for static and fatigue testing of structural components and material samples. We specialize in testing welded structures. We also deal with increasing the fatigue life of welds.

LABORATORY EQUIPMENT

The key equipment of the testing laboratory is the INOVA electro-hydraulic loading system, which enables multi-channel static and fatigue loading, including measurement of deformation, displacement and acceleration.

To increase the lifetime of welds, we have HiFIT equipment.

Software equipment for life evaluation consists of nCode, Rifest and TestControl systems.

PULSE system for measuring dynamic phenomena, vibration and acoustics.

The system consists of modules that can work individually or in a group and is very robust. We also have an impedance tube for measuring the acoustic properties of materials.
